Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery

We ship within Switzerland only. Delivery takes up to 2 business days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over CHF 50 ship free.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched. Tracking information is included where available.

Delays

Dispatch and delivery times are estimates. Jollè is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days of your dispatch confirmation, contact us at hello@jollenails.com
