Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery

We ship to Switzerland and selected European countries.

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are:

• Switzerland: 2–3 business days
• European countries: 4–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, local postal services and customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and selected shipping method. Any free-shipping offers or thresholds available for your country will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information will be included where available.

Customs & Import Charges

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

Dispatch and delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Jollè is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
